The Running Man...er...Woman...

*Have you entered my yummy giveaway?*

I did it.

I ran tonite.

I ran a mile--maybe even a little more.

I hardly had to walk.

It may not sound far or like that big of a deal.

But to me?

This is big.

I haven't ran for over 2 years. It was when I found out I was pregnant with Bella.

And then, you know, life happened.

I left the Air Force.

I had a baby daughter.

I had a pretty rough recovery time after having Isabella.

Then I got pregnant with Madelyn.

Etc.

Etc.

I never thought I'd be able to run like I used to.

But it's not that bad.

I even liked it.

A lot.

So here's to me to keep on running.

Fast, slow...I don't care.

I just want to run.

Even on those days when I just won't feel like it...

Those days when life gets in the way...

I just want to keep on running. Because now?

It is a part of my life.

And I love my life.

YAY for running a mile! That's so awesome. I wish I could run a mile, I'm lucky if I can jog a lap without dry heaving, lol.

AWESOME! I can't believe you were able to do that well the first time out. You're not out of shape as much as you may have thought you were.

I'm so tickled for you!

Great job! Keep it up. I was just saying last night (after finally getting back on the elliptical) that I don't understand running. I'm so glad you do!

That is great!! Running really is the best high. I used to be a runner...years ago. I am slowly trying to become a runner again. In fact I was just getting ready to go for a run (well a walk/run)!
