I decided to take a break from blogging during the holidays this year and spend time with my family. This time last year I was pregnant and missing my husband while he was in Afghanistan. I had a lot of time to catch up and enjoy the holidays this year unlike last year where I was heartbroken.
With that being said, Leo bought me a new lens for my camera--I got a 50 mm f/1.8 for my Nikon.
I? Am in love.

I've been away from blogger for the past month too...happy New Year, and looks like you had a great Christmas! I have the 1.8 for my Canon and it's my absolute favorite...well I only have a few lenses but really, I'm hooked on this one, never take it off :) Enjoy!
I didn't think that your photos could get any cuter but with your new lens they sure did. I am saving for a new lens for my Canon too!
