Fall Love...

Can you believe that tomorrow is the first true day of fall? I know-I can't either, although I have been in fall mode since September 1st.

Fall is time for warm, cozy blankets.

Pumpkin spice lattes with whipped cream on top.

Pumpkin breads and banana breads.

My favorite Gap Long & Lean jeans.

Sweaters.

Warm socks.

Chili.

Chicken noodle soup.

Red, yellow and orange leaves.

Or just brown leaves like we get down south.

Lots of good books to read.

Halloween.

Thanksgiving.

Cute boots for the girls. And me.

Fall television lineup.

Scary movies.

In Need of a Fall Intervention...

Seriously. It's like everywhere I go "FALL" is yelling at me:

"Chelle, buy me!"

"Chelle--you don't need me, but toss me in your cart!"

"Chelle--I know you're trying to lose weight, but eat me!" says the candy corn, caramels for caramel apples, pumpkin spiced lattes....

"Chelle--buymebuymebuyme!"

You don't believe me?

Exhibit A:

Ran to the store tonite...(thank GOD Target isn't open yet! Lord help Leo's wallet me when it does!). You know, Wal-Mart...it's pretty much all we have around here.

Anyway.

I went to get a few necessities.

Two phone calls from Leo wondering where I was, and a cartload of stuff--which I know I didn't go to buy--later...I was home.

With Leo shaking his head at all of the bags.

And Bella and I happy as can be.

All of this fall madness is like a sickness...
