Mommy & Me Monday

This week's shot was actually taken tonite when I was making PW's amazing cinnamon rolls. Omg, they were SO good. I hate the fact that my arm looks the size of a VS model's thigh I love this picture--it's not posed and just of Bella with her raisins wanting me to carry you--also known as me pick her up. {She tells me carry you anytime she wants to be held. Seriously adorable.}

Oh--in case you're wondering I totally failed my giving up sweets for Lent...happens every year...well, not every year. I haven't been a Catholic that long.

Mommy and Me: Week 1

I did it! I managed to get a picture--with ME in it. I know, it's amazing--a miracle of sorts. So, without further ado, I present to you....the Winey Mommy's Mommy and Me Week 1:

Leo snapped this pic of Miss Maddie and me after we got home from the grocery store. She's sick and was such a trooper for the whole picture taking fun. Leo got into it and we just had fun with it.

Dear Cold...

Dear Cold,

I felt you coming on to me the other nite.  I was up late and felt it.  You know, the pain in my throat--which also was my first symptom of The Swine....

I woke up yesterday and you must have decided that you would stay awhile.  The tingly nose, the sneezing, the box of Kleenex that has been used, the coughing, sore throat, stuffed up nose, and what feels like the worst ear pain ever has taken over my existence.

And Cold?  That's fine if you want me to be your place of residence.  But visiting poor Madelyn?  She's a baby...how about you leave her alone soon, okay?  And while you're at it skip over Isabella and especially Leo....

Lord knows the last thing this house needs is the presence of the well known Man Cold. 

That's all now.  Please let me sleep tonite....oh--and food?  I want to taste that again, too.

I finally went and got my hair done!

It. was. wonderful.

So much so that I've already made my next appointment for November...
