I know, I know I am a big dork--but it's all good because y'all? Today I am answering questions that you asked me last week!! I am so excited!
Oh--since my answers are long'ish I'll be dividing this up for everyone's sanity. You're welcome.
Purseblogger asks:
Where is your favorite place to shop for clothes? That one is super easy--I love going to the Gap Outlet! Great sales, great clothes...love it all. Now if money were no object? I would totally shop at Anthropologie. And I would be the happiest. girl. ever.
An embarrassing moment? Ohmyword. I have WAY too many...but the one that takes the cake would be this one...for sure...I was in 7th going into 8th grade. It was summertime, I was at the fair with my bestie. We had followed cute boys around all day. Rode rides. Had fun. I was on my period. Not fun. {It gets even better...} So, we see some people we knew from school. As we're walking away they start yelling my name. I'm thinking what the hell?! Yeah...my period? Was all over my shorts. AHHHHH! I shit you not. I had to run to the bathroom crying my eyes out--it was there I met a Saint of a woman who not only gave me a pad {this is when tampons freaked me out...} and bought me a long t-shirt to cover up the disgusting mess on myself. God, did I seriously just admit this to the world...
What made you start blogging? Well, when I started blogging it was for my family to read about our family since we are a military family and don't live by anyone. Once I started reading other blogs and blog hopping I got hooked! I haven't stopped for over two years. Well, I did stop in the beginning of my pregnancy with Madelyn due to my severe morning sickness...
Krista asks:
Secret for success in blogging? Pleease, pretty please?? This one had me giggle--only because I really wish I knew, too! To me success is what you make out of it. Do you want to keep a journal of your lives for your children to read back on one day and hate you for awhile for all of the embarrassing dog poop eating stories? Keep it up and you'll have success! Do you want to have tons of readers and subscribers and fans? I am guessing that you need to market yourself, your blog, your brand. Leave witty, funny comments--something more than "Funny post" or "I'm following your blog, you can follow me back here: http://beggingforreadersneverworks.com". So to me? Success is what you make of it--as long as it makes you happy you are successful {to me!}.
Shell asks:
So, when are you coming to visit me? That's my question. :) Girl, you and me BOTH! I would love to go and visit you--I heart you and want to
Okay, lovers, that's it for tonite. My brain is tired and my wine glass needs to be refilled. *secretly hoping Leo read that last bit...hehe!*

i love the answer for a successful blog and that is so true, i HATE those comments that say "follow me here" lol
awww the fair...memories :)
I had no idea you'd been blogging for 2 years! I have never seen a Gap outlet. I need to look for one, because I could see that being a winner.
Oh my gosh!! I seriously have the same embarassing story!!! (minus the guys) but serious!!
Can't wait to hear the rest (I think mine's next hehe!) :)
What a nice lady to get you a t-shirt!!! And can I go with you when you visit Shell? :-D
Im so in for the Bloggers VAcay!! Would love to "meet" you and hang out the some (or lots!) of Vino! :)
I love that about success being what you make of it...it's so true! :) I hate those follow back comments too! I already follow a ton of great blog's. That blogger Vacation sounds wonderful! I hope that evolves into a real thing! :) Have a great week!
OMG, the period story is horrible!! that lady was so sweet to you! love the blog, and my second toe is definitely longer than the first, so weird!!
I have the second longer toe too, and look, it DOES have a name lol!

Gosh, your embarrassing story is one that I can't really top - and that is saying a lot as I've been in really embarrassing situations before! Ouch, Chelle! And I love GAP too, especially for my children! :)
OMG, that truly is an embarrassing moment! I had an incident like that in school but luckily only 1-2 ppl took notice, lol.
I think getting a blogger vacay would be fan-tas-tic! I'd so be there :)
the successful blogger question is so true...you have to be uniquly (is that a word) you...
they do say when your second toe is bigger than your big toe is a sign of intelligence!!!
hehe loved reading these! So did Leo fill the wine glass? Totally cracked up at the period story.. sounds like something that could happen to me!
Haha you embarrassing story was my biggest fear growing up. It happened once to me, but I was wearing dark clothes and I pray no one noticed (I didn't notice until I got home from school).
Loving the Q & A! Funny stuff. I sure could use a bottle of wine or a million margaritas right now!!!
I had to look at my toes to see if my second one was longer or not...haha! It is not. My big toe is huge, but I blame my grandma for that. Ha there is a good post for me. But anytoe, I hate when people leave the follow me comment. Did they even read what you wrote. I heart you Chelle, your great :)
Yay!!! I love the answers!! I'm so excited that I may just have to do this on my blog! :)
Btw...my second toe is longer than my first. I'm ashamed. ;)
wanna know something funny (okay, maybe it's not funny). The second toe on my right foot is longer than my big toe, but on my left foot, the second toe is shorter. WTH?
So you totally had me with the title!!! I'm pretty sure the toe thing is the case for a lot of people!!!
And I will go to the Gap outlet any day with ya.....love that place. Was just there a couple of weeks ago and got a ton of cute stuff. Actually taking off work next Friday to go back up there!!!
Hey loca! I miss ya so much girlie! I hope the girls are well. I noticed your posts on facebook.... I have been thinking about you.
OK I have an answer for you regarding your toe.. LOL.. I knew there was a reason why I liked you so much. My second toe is longer than the first. They say that means you are a born leader... and let me tell ya I have always been a leader LOL :)
Take care chica!

Chelle, you are honestly one of my favorite bloggity friends. LOVED the embarrassing moment... oh by does mine SUCK! That's a blog post in itself one day. LOL.
Great title! I was like "what?!?" I liked your answer to the one about success in blogging. I hate when people leave comments like that. (Okay, I admit I did it in the beginning when I first started because I didn't know quite what to say as silly as that sounds). I then realized that you comment as though you were having a conversation with them. I love the Gap Outlet. Unlucky for my husband that there is one about 15 minutes from my house.
I want to be in on that get-together! Especially if wine is involved! :)
And I think every girl has had the period moment, right? Ugh.
Your title is cracking me up. I thought you really had an answer or something. My 2nd toe is longer than my first and I have always wondered why. Ha!
I have been out of the loop reading and have so missed your blog!
I think a bloggy vacay would be awesome!
I think my second toe is the same..the girls? Not so much!
And, holy embarrassing is right!
My second toe is the same way, and I claim it as a sign of intelligence. lol
