What a Bunch of B.S. (Book Swap)

Okay, I have been trying my hardest to figure out Mr. Linky for my first book swap.

And as you can see I did not get him to work for me.

I have been sitting on here for an hour.

Yes, a whole hour, trying to get him to work for me. And he won't.

*edited to add*

****He worked for me! I am a genius! So #1, this book is for you--but only if you have a book to giveaway, too. List the book, your name and your blog. Don't forget to leave me a comment (you know, so you get the book)...****

So....

I have a book I want to GIVE you. Yes, you heard that right, give you! How can you beat that? The only rules I have are that you pass the book on when you're done and that you have a book now to giveaway. How easy is that?

Wanna know the book?

It's Jennifer Weiner's newest book "Certain Girls". It was a good book. A very, very good book. In a really quick, brief synopsis it is about a mother and daughter and them learning new things about life from one another. I laughed, I cried, I stayed up really late reading it.

Bella got ahold of it, but nothing was ruined, I promise.

You may notice a small bite mark inside the cover...but that's it.

I am giving this book away to my first commenter.

So, there you have it my faithful readers. My first giveaway. My first book given away for the book swap.

Good luck and enjoy it!

whew! i'm kinda glad i'm not the first! your book sounds awesome, and I have a book too that must be read by all, however, it is not mine, and i cannot give it away!

i was thinking, as you get into the swap, you could make a list in your sidebar with your "top picks" or something linking back to the people who reviewed them?

aaaaaand... if you want, i could try and make up a button for you, that might be fun! but it's up to you :) let me know!

I love the idea and definitely plan to join in on the next round when I have some books to contribute. I just picked up some new books today that I plan to read on vacation the next couple weeks.
Glad you figured out Mr. Linky!

Excellent idea! I totally wanna join in but can't. With postage to and from the UK it is a pointless exercise.

You girls enjoy though!

Is it too late to join in the swap? I'm a little attached, but I was thinking after all my "P.S. I Love You" hype, the generous thing to do would be to put it up for grabs.

Cute idea. And a great way to get some book clutter out ;). Read it and pass it along.

So tell me again how this works? Is someone supposed to email me when they want my book?

happy pow!

I would sooo love to participate. However..... all my stuff (books included) are boxed in crates and jammed into some humongous ship. Last I heard, they were slowly coming this way.....
Happy POW!

Did you know that there is actually a society (or something) out there that I can't for the life of me remember the name of, but people will read a book and then leave it on a park bench or at the mall or at a coffee shop with a note on it to leave it for someone else to rea. I wish my poor pregnant brain was working so I could remember all of the details...

I wish I read this this weekend- I just gave away two Jodi picoult books I had read. I did buy two books yesterday, when I finish one, I'll link up!
