See? They Do Love One Another...
This picture seriously melts my heart. You see, lately? Isabella has felt the need to show Madelyn who's in charge. And by that I mean that she is rough with her baby sister. I dry numerous tears and console my sweet Madelyn numerous times a day.
I was doing some picking up today and I saw them--playing nicely. No tears, no screaming, no quiet time for Isabella. Here in this picture I saw love--the love of my two girls, playing so sweetly with blocks. And I must say that it honestly melted my heart into a sappy, picture taking, happy Momma.

Aren't those just the best moments! They really make all the hard stuff that comes with being a mom worth it. :D
C~This is so cute!! It warmed my heart too! I was SURE that we were both following each other, but I don't see us on either of each others blogs, so I am now really following you!!
I have to try to catch those moments on camera, too...since the ones where they are fighting happen all too often. I need the proof that they love each other!
So sweet. So glad you snapped a picture so you can remember this moment of sweetness in the midst of tomorrow's roughness!
Love you all!
Sweet...
Our girlies are about three years apart and though they have gone through several "unhappy with each other" phases... these are usually short lived (though it never feels that way at the time). They are truly each other's best friends, and spend a lot of time laughing, talking and just enjoying each other.... Your girls will too.
LOVE these moments! I have pictures like this too! This is precious!
Melts my heart! One day they will be even closer...they will be best friends!
So sweet. I really should try to catch the very few moments my kids play nicely on camera too.
So precious! My son is only 3 months old and I know when he gets older his big sister is going to set him straight as well...
But I will love these sweet sibling moments!
Your post made me smile. My oldest kept pushing our 9 month old yesterday when she got close to the 2 yo's toys. This morning though they both sat laughing hysterically as they played with the Laugh and Learn house-one on each side of the door. Those moments make up for all the other not so nice ones:)
As the older sister, I totally feel Isabella on this (and feel embarrassed).
But now that I'm an adult the sweet moments are the bulk of what we have. Sisterhood is a great gift.
So, so, sweet!
Madelyn looks like she might just be waiting for Isabella to spew off...
Aw, that is so cute. Love moments like these. They are precious. :)
i see pure love looking up a big sister, so sweet!
Awwww...it is so sweet when they get along so well.
Oh good, they are getting along. I'm an only child so I can't help with sibling rivalry.
God bless the good days! (when we get them!)
My older two fight terribly! I LOVE when they play nicely. It makes being a mother so worth it.
oo I seriously just said awwww aloud! So sweet!
Oh, this just melted my heart! :)
